We have a range of experience in sports law. Our attorneys assist athletic federations and associations, athletes, players’ agents, clubs and sporting event organisers, offering a wide range of advisory and dispute resolution services.
We have the skills and agility to defend our clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, as well as before other athletic bodies, leveraging our expertise in both the procedure and the official languages of the CAS.
We also provide advice on your sports-related business programs and the regulations applicable to you, as well as on governance, intellectual property and image rights, and tax or inheritance planning. In particular, we represent agents and athletes in contractual relationships and career planning and we help athletes manage and protect their image.
One of our partners has 15 years of experience as an ad-hoc clerk with the CAS. In this capacity, he has developed insight into a wide variety of proceedings and has drafted numerous awards.
