Anne-Sarah Skrebers represents clients before cantonal and federal courts and authorities in civil, commercial, and criminal matters.

She advises individuals and companies on regulatory, contractual and commercial matters in the fields of intellectual property law, media law, new technologies and innovation. Her other areas of expertise include banking and financial law, FinTech, as well as criminal law and international judicial assistance in criminal and administrative matters.

Anne-Sarah Skrebers advises and represents Swiss and international clients in the following areas:

  • Dispute resolution in civil, contractual and commercial law, as well as in intellectual property and media law;
  • Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as regulatory aspects, in the fields of intellectual property, media rights, and projects relating to digital technologies and services;
  • Regulatory aspects relating to banking and financial law, asset management and FinTech;
  • White collar crime and international judicial assistance in criminal and administrative proceedings.

Anne-Sarah Skrebers worked for leading law firms and as in-house counsel and developed comprehensive hands-on knowledge of internal workings of companies, strategic projects and litigation management, and regulatory issues.

During her tenure as Head of Intellectual Property at the European Broadcasting Union, she advised and represented public service media organisations before national and international bodies, such as the European institutions (EC, EP, CoE) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
